These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchases made from Vectario. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout
  • Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete

2. Personalised Items

  • Please check all spelling and personalisation details carefully before ordering
  • We are not responsible for customer errors submitted at checkout
  • Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect

3. Shipping

  • Orders are dispatched within the stated processing times
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by external delays
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days (see Returns Policy)
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility
  • Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and website content are the property of Vectario.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Accuracy of Information

We aim to ensure all product details, descriptions, and pricing are accurate.

Vectario reserves the right to:

  • Correct errors or update information at any time
  • Cancel orders where pricing or listing errors have occurred

7. Promotional Codes

  • Discount codes apply only where stated
  • Codes may have minimum spend requirements
  • One use per customer unless specified otherwise
  • Cannot be combined with other offers
  • Discounts apply to product subtotal only (excluding delivery)
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time

8. Custom Work

Types of Custom Work may include:

  • Size adjustments
  • Colour changes
  • Text edits or personalisation
  • Design modifications
  • Fully custom designs

Additional Charges

Complex custom work may incur additional costs. Quotes will be provided before any work begins.

Timelines

We aim to respond within 2 working days. Completion times vary depending on the request.

Approval & Payment

Work will only begin once approved. Full or partial payment may be required upfront.

Refunds

Custom work is non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

9. Payment Methods

We accept secure payments via:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (via Stripe)
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • Klarna (Pay Later / Pay in 3)
  • Clearpay (Pay in 4)

All transactions are handled securely by third-party providers. We do not store full payment details.

Buy Now, Pay Later

Klarna and Clearpay are subject to eligibility and approval. Any agreements are between you and the provider.

10. Accounts

Creating an account is optional but allows you to:

  • Track orders
  • Save details
  • View purchase history

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep login details secure
  • Take responsibility for activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
