These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchases from ATL Pro FX. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.


1. Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • Payment is securely processed via our chosen payment providers.
  • Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

2. Personalised Items

  • Please double-check your spelling, names, and customisation details before submitting your order.
  • We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during the personalisation process.
  • Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty (see our Returns & Refunds Policy).

3. Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within the stated processing times.
  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by delays outside our control.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct—we cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout.
Please ensure this address is correct — we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If you realise there’s an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been processed.


4. Returns & Refunds

  • Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days (see our full Returns & Refunds Policy).
  • Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
  • Buyers are responsible for return postage and must contact us before sending items back.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, and content on this website remain the property of ATL Pro FX.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without permission.

6. Accuracy of Information

  • We aim to keep product descriptions and prices accurate.
  • ATL Pro FX reserves the right to update or correct content without notice, and to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors.

7. Promotional Codes

  • WELCOME10 entitles you to 10% off your first order, valid on orders over £15.
  • One-time use per customer. Cannot be combined with other offers or codes.
  • Discount applies only to product subtotal (excludes shipping and taxes).
  • Offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time without notice.

8. Custom Work & Additional Charges

Types of Custom Work
Customisations include but are not limited to:

  • Size adjustments
  • Colour changes
  • Text edits or personalisation
  • Design alterations (e.g. adding/removing elements)
  • Full custom designs created from scratch

Additional Charges
Some custom work may incur extra charges depending on the complexity or time involved. If this applies to your request, we will provide a clear quote for approval before proceeding.

Communication & Timelines
We aim to respond to all custom requests within 2 working days. Once a request is confirmed, estimated completion times will be discussed individually depending on the nature of the work.

Payment & Approval
Custom work will only begin once you have approved the quote. In some cases, full or partial payment may be required upfront.

Refunds for Custom Work
Custom designs are made to order and therefore are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please check all details carefully before confirming your order.


9. Payments

We accept secure payments through the following providers:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (via Stripe)
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • Clearpay (Pay in 4)
  • Klarna (Pay Later and Pay in 3)

All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

Buy Now, Pay Later Services (Clearpay & Klarna)
Clearpay and Klarna are subject to eligibility checks and approval by their respective providers. ATL has no influence over the acceptance decision. If you choose to pay with Clearpay or Klarna, your payment agreement is directly with them and is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

We recommend reviewing Klarna’s Terms of Service and Clearpay’s Terms of Service before selecting these options.


10. Creating an Account

Creating an account on our website is optional but allows you to view past orders, manage details, and track purchases more easily.

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of our terms.

If you wish to delete your account at any time, please contact us and we’ll handle it promptly.
