Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.


Non-Personalised Items

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend obtaining proof of postage

Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund or exchange.


Personalised Items

Personalised products are non-refundable, unless the item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

If this applies, contact us and we’ll resolve it.


Exchanges

Exchanges are available for non-personalised items if they are:

  • Unused and in resellable condition
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Before Returning an Item

Please email hello@vectario.co.uk before sending anything back. We’ll confirm your return and provide instructions.


Return Address

The return address will be provided once your return request has been approved.
