Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your ATL Pro FX order—but if something’s not quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work:
Non-Personalised Items
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- You’ll need to cover the return postage costs
- We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage for your return
- Once we receive the item back, we’ll process your refund or exchange
Personalised Items
Due to the custom nature of personalised products, these are non-refundable unless:
- The item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- If that’s the case, please get in touch—we’ll make it right!
Exchanges
Exchanges are available on non-personalised items, provided they are:
- In unused, resellable condition
- Returned within the 14-day window
Before You Send Anything Back
Please email us at hello@atlprofx.com before posting anything back to confirm the return and receive return instructions. This helps us track everything and avoid delays.
Return Address
The return address will be provided once your return has been approved.
