Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your ATL Pro FX order—but if something’s not quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work:


Non-Personalised Items

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • You’ll need to cover the return postage costs
  • We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage for your return
  • Once we receive the item back, we’ll process your refund or exchange

Personalised Items

Due to the custom nature of personalised products, these are non-refundable unless:

  • The item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect
  • If that’s the case, please get in touch—we’ll make it right!

Exchanges

Exchanges are available on non-personalised items, provided they are:

  • In unused, resellable condition
  • Returned within the 14-day window

Before You Send Anything Back

Please email us at hello@atlprofx.com before posting anything back to confirm the return and receive return instructions. This helps us track everything and avoid delays.
